These Terms of Service govern your use of ShopifyFix by Webunity, a service provided by Webunity Infotech. By submitting a task or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

• ShopifyFix provides small Shopify-related tasks, fixes, and development services.
• Typical tasks include bug fixes, theme customizations, new sections, integrations, or page builds.

2. Task Process

• Clients submit task details via our enquiry form.
• We provide a quote within 1 hour (9 AM–12 PM IST).
• Work begins after payment is made via a secure payment link.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are based on task complexity and scope.
• Long-term or recurring tasks are billed at $20–25 per hour.
• Payment links are issued only after quote approval.

4. Refund Policy

• If you are not satisfied with the work, we will issue a full refund.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate details, access, and requirements.
• Grant Shopify Collaborator access where required.
• Respond to queries promptly for faster task completion.

6. Limitations

• We only work on Shopify-related services.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on complexity.
• We are not liable for issues caused by third-party apps or prior code conflicts.

7. Confidentiality

• All client data, store access, and business information are kept strictly confidential.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or terminate a project if it violates Shopify’s terms, involves illegal content, or is beyond our scope.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
